What do you like best?

What I like best about this program is that it provides a convenient and standardized step by step method to report any incidents that occur in the hospital. It makes it easier to document for the nurses, doctors and all the staff.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I find that on Datix, there are often too many drop down menus to make selections from, it can slow you down, having to scroll through all those choices.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Dont think twice. Implement it in your institution as soon as possible. It makes reporting incidents very convenient.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Datix in our institution for any for any incident reports, such as fall of a patient or if a patient hits a staff member.
