RiskRevu transforms agency processes into digital forms to help insurance agents collect the data they need to sell and service insurance. Our platform gives each user their own forms to share and allows them to prefill them with data which saves their clients time. The forms are built by licensed agents and incorporate conditional logic to capture important risk details. The data responses are emailed directly to users after completion and are also stored in the platform.

RiskRevu offers three types of forms:
1) Risk Evaluations – gather updated risk information from existing clients (ie. renewal questionnaires).
2) New Policy Forms – gather information from prospects and clients about new insurance needs.
3) Service Forms – streamline data gathering for various insurance service functions (ie. adding a car to a policy).

Enhances client experience and time!

What do you like best?

How simple and user friendly it is for the client or prospect. The questions are asked in a very simple way and then it's aggregated to one location for us on the receiving end to intake effectively.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to link forms to each other so as to not have to re-enter basic info (name, phone number, etc.).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking to be more efficient and create a unique client experience that separates you from others within the independent insurance industry I highly recommend utilizing the RiskRevu platform. It leverages the best of technology to optimize and enhance the engagement for both the client/prospect and office/agent users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest help has been the ability to send the link to a prospect to fill out the needed info on their own time and not have do it live on the phone or overwhelm them with emails and questions. It's one spot that i can send them to and then once they answer everything we get what need to get going on our end. It saves a ton of servicing time on our end and creates a unique user experience that prospects and clients don't get with other agents. They often prefer it this way and are used to it with other applications they buy things on.
