Where there already fraud orders to this address or nearby, did you already had fraud orders from this device or an device that could be this etc.
Also you can create specific filters for existing fraud pattern that you have at the moment to stop actual fraud pattern.
And RiskIdent will analyse your transaction and create rules that will highlight possible fraud orders automatically.
When FRIDA does not recognize the address it can be that it won't link two orders.
