Advanced user of Rhodium Incident ManagementAs a small agency, this software allows the customization of information for the customer. Furthermore, it is easy to use, and manage operations. The best part about this software is that you can take a pre-built plan, and reuse it, customize it, and not recreate the wheel or have to start over from scratch.
I am not going to lie, the onboarding process is overwhelming and time-consuming for a small agency. They have short cuts to help, however not always the easiest to use. Placing units and personell in the system is time consuming and take alot of time. However once this basic step is completed, the rest is fairly easy to set up and maintain.
The start-up process is overwhelming, however, once you get over that hill, it is a cakewalk.
We are using the software for several different functions, such as school safety and security, emergency management, Event / Sporting Event Planning for schools.
Benefits we can use the IAP again, and still be able to customize it, without having to retype and start over.
