Very easy and user friendly site.

What do you like best?

Easy to navigate within site, never any issues, and is constantly improving. I appreciate the constant updates and improvements that are occurring on the site. This shows that they genuinely care about improving their software and satisfying them by listening to their wants.

What do you dislike?

One dislike with reputation.com is the lag that sometimes occurs while using the site. I also do not like how many credential levels there are to respond to specific reviews.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would join Reputation. Excellent and easy service. Reputation.com allows you to manage your reviews easily across all businesses and platforms, better than any other site out there. I love the preset comments to reply to reviews quickly. I would not waste my time trying any other site to manage my accounts and attempt to provide as good a service as reputation.com. I would also recommend signing up for as long as possible to get the best deal offered. For new users, it's very intuitive and quick to learn.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am providing feedback to reviews given by people. I have realized what people are saying about our businesses which helps me address our customers' problems to improve our day-to-day operations. Another benefit is how quickly I'm notified of the reviews that come in, so I can address them promptly as possible. My favorite benefit is being to use the data I can find from this site to be able to use to improve my marketing efforts and grow as a professional.
