What do you like best?
Tenant screening on Rentberry is free. Actually, they claim that don't charge landlords and property managers any fees. And this is true, I paid nothing while using this platform. I received renters' credit reports and background checks along with their applications. So I have everything that I need to pick the most qualified and reliable renter.
They offer syndication service as well. My posting was send to other rental websites. It's a great way to advertise property. And I like that the site is very easy in use.
What do you dislike?
They don't have mobile app so far. It caused some inconvenience to me. Mobile version could be quite beneficial for property owners.
