What do you like best?

Remote PC is simple and easy to use. It just works.

What do you dislike?

I wish it wouldn't keep asking me to set up my home computer for remote access. (I only need to access my work computer from home. Every time I log in to my computer at home it asks met to set up remote access for my home computer.)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Remote PC allows me to access my work computer (a PC) from home (where I have a Mac). I downloaded it at the start of the pandemic on both devices when everything was shutting down. It allows me to access QuickBooks at work without having to go into the office. We use a cloud server for other office files, but QuickBooks is only on my work computer and won't run on my Mac. Without Remote PC, I wouldn't have access unless I went into the office, so I can stay safe, meet local occupancy guidelines, and still do the work I need to do.
