Innovative concept, a little too complex
What do you like best?
It's adaptable for the needs of your study. The customer support is top-notch. And the interface is a solid refresh and an innovative take on study management.
What do you dislike?
It is a little complex with different ways of presenting the same information. It is confusing to determine what is site-restricted content and what is shared with the sponsors. I wish more capability was available for sharing more comprehensive information outside of the site. The balance is a little too shifted the other way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a solid service and good customization

Study management. It's a good tool for tracking patients for screening.
