Love this system and the features.
What do you like best?
Ease of use is what I like best about Regroup. The interface is easy to use and allows me to teach others how to use the system so communication does not fall on me during times of outages. This frees me up to do a lot more. Because it is so easy to use, I am able to involve lower level techs to generate notifications and have an approval feature built in that allows me to approve the notificaiton and have it sent. Role based permissions are a God sent for this system. Additionally the support team is always responsive and gets me the support and assistance I need. This is a big help!
What do you dislike?
Can be slow getting updates when we find any bugs in the system but the team is very communicative. I have been with the system for a year now and they have been a little slow getting their updates out as there have been delays, but its a work in process. I was able to speak with my account manager regarding this and they advised they would get me some updates. Looking forward to some of the new features that are being added to the 2.0 system.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to notify clients during times of outages or maintenance. Helps a lot with transparancy. We are able to send notifications with the click of a button and this helps us to get communication out to our clients in an instant when there are outages and events that require notifications. I am all about my time and this system helps me generate and send notifications quickly and efficently.
