What do you like best?

It's a super clear tool, that allows us to get valuable and more objective info about our potential future collaborators. It also improves our candidates' experience. We're super happy with it, as well as the help provided by the team, should we need to get additionnal info or references quickly.

What do you dislike?

One of the dashboards is not super easy to read, but it's a minor point ;)

Reference checks are now fully part of all our recruitment processes (which was not systematically the case before, due to lack of time). It helps us make better and informed decisions.
