What do you like best?

The text messages that I can send out as well as the automatic ones that go out to my people with loyalty point reminders or asking them if they want to claim the discounts. The landing page and tracking number are also very convenient to help with new client acquisition.

What do you dislike?

I wish Referrizer would integrate with MindBody more where someone who claims a deal could get instant access or a promo code to use that deal and purchase right away on MindBody. Too many times my clients are confused about how to claim deals and that makes them not want to participate in the loyalty program. Sometimes my clients are unsubscribed from texts or emails without them knowing it. Its hard to know if people are not getting my texts because their carrier is blocking it from them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It does a lot for you and saves you a lot of time trying to do all of these things by hand!

It helps to increase my review presence which has helped grow the business. Realized that there are so many ways to provide added value to customers and Referrizer helps me reach more of them and provide additional benefits not normally found at other studios
