What do you like best?
Redtrack is the secret of my success. It is an ad network agnostic tracking platform that allows me to pass real conversion values back to each ad network without reinventing the wheel for each of those networks. Instead, I drop one code from Redtrack on the landing page and I can send as much traffic from as many places as possible and they distribute back to the networks.
What do you dislike?
The user-interface is still a work in progress. They are launching an updated, cleaner version soon.
Also, it feels like there are so many features in the platform that I am only using 5% of it. And this is after using the platform for a couple of years. Fortunately, their support is top-notch and they have pledged to turn me into a Redtrack God.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our biggest problem was accounting for variable revenue per lead. You can have two users go through the exact same lead flow in the first one might be worth a dollar in the next maybe worth $150. There are so many factors that go into the Valuation that we were having trouble predicting that through adjustments in the ad networks. Instead, we have now passed the conversion values back and let the ad network algorithms do the hard work of optimizing the ad targeting for us.
