Number of features available and environment stability. Possibility of personalization.

Learning curve of the initial configuration a bit steep. Technological dependency for implementation is not standard. Dificult to integrate with other systems.

I recommend having a company or partner to help with the implementation of the solution. It will be faster and more efficient especially if you have never worked with redmine.
