What do you like best?

Been intrinsic in allowing us to expand to customers that we otherwise wouldn't have been able to access and has significantly helped our acquisition of new business over the last 2 years, Richard West has been very supportive.

What do you dislike?

There have been some times when the system has been glitchy or has had some bugs in it, however, this has been sorted out very rapidly with routine maintenance.
