What do you like best?

Best thing about this is the fact that this tool enables you to be able to get all messages sent and be able to recover them even if they have been deleted. I had a avirus on my computer and using this tool, I was able to recover all of my emails.

What do you dislike?

Worst feature is how long it took. Because I send and receive so many emails for my job, the process took about 6 hours to complete.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest issue that was solved was not being able to access things that had been previously deleted by the virus. The benefit is that all information was able to be recovered not only from my email, but also my calendar.
