What do you like best?

I like the different ways i can search for calls. can go be rep that took call, or approx time call came in, or even caller number.

What do you dislike?

The page is not visually appealing looks very bland and plain. also cannot sync with AD for ease of user creation. Also if you have to restore from a backup because of issues with server there is licensing issues that you have to contact support about.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

One thing to thing about is the down time if you have to restore from a backup they have to rekey a license which can take a couple days.

During this time you cannot record any new calls
