Customer Account Management, HR Functions, Routing and More!

What do you like best?

As a professional in the lawn care industry, real green is our main software used to access customer account information, billing, program set up, routing, employee functions and more. Real Green offers many different tools and account settings. I have to say Real Green's customer support is my favorite, anytime I have an issue within the software, or how to access something, a call with tech support happens within minutes.

What do you dislike?

From time to time, the software will crash and have to be restarted. They are random, and the software will show in the top left corner, “not responding”. But like any other software, these things just happen.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are seeking a software that is detailed yet easy to use, and has multiple functions such as routing services, billing, employee time clock and HR functions, customer information and products all in one, real green has it for you. Give it a trial run, learn about the software, there are so many ins and outs to Real Green. You won't be disappointed!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Quick and effective customer service and managing customers account. Ease of access and use is beneficial when handling a high volume of different customer service inquiries. I am able to see important customer information on one screen at the same time which helps me address customer concerns quicker. Not only am I able To handle customer accounts, but employee functions as well such as employee set up, time clock, live route tracking and more. I am able to do it all with this software.
