What do you like best?

It is great being able to send a timesheet or expense report to my supervisor for approval without needing to print and sign it. It is also very helpful in moving documents between employees located in different physical locations (no more invoices lost in transit).

What do you dislike?

Some of the features are not as intuitive as one would expect with modern software. There is sometimes a delay between the entering of information and the ability to submit it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I like this service, but I wish that it was just a little more intuitive to use. The backend has a very early 2000s feel.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using this for the purposes of invoice tracking. It helps documents move around the organization quickly, and not get lost in transit.
