What do you like best?

Ease of use for even the most basic computer user, works seemlessly with Avimark so far.

What do you dislike?

Occasionally when sending text messages, there will be an error indicating that too many characters have been used, but we have discovered that this does not prevent you from sending the text message, it will just send more than one.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It really has opened up a nice avenue of communication to clients,, they have been really receptive of our texts/emails verses waiting to hear phone calls back just for things just like medication refills, since it is much quicker.
