Great price, support and online tools; easy adoption.

What do you dislike?

It was difficult to access the account once my predecessor retired - I now have to go through support to access anything beyond the order information

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure that whomever the administrator is documents their account information somewhere that is accessible when they leave the company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Removed the requirement for remote sales force to use VPN and thick client software to access secure information. It is now done much more easily and quickly from a public facing website that is secured with the SSL certificate and their account login/password, from any web connected device's web browser.
