What do you like best?

The thing I like the most about Rapidhire is that I can quickly update multiple candidates at the same time. It allows me to keep track of where each candidate is in the hiring process. I'm able to easily see who still needs to have their application reviewed. It also allows me to send a reminder email for their interview and paperwork session. I can manage different job postings all from one easy to use interface.

What do you dislike?

I would like the print function to be a bit more user friendly. Sometimes I like to print out a candidates application and it seems to take forever. I would like to be able to print multiple candidates at the same time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since my company has switched to Rapidhire I have found the process takes less time and I am able to easily keep track of the candidates as opposed to having to create multiple lists and keep records of where each person is in the hiring process.
