Advanced user of Rapid7 Managed Detection and Response ServicesWe use MDR for their 24/7 SOC and they are always on top of response time. The amount of knowledge each consultant has is unbelievable. They do such an amazing job responding and assisting with various things and compiling reports, information, and metrics.
I like how they aren't just a SOC or an MDR platfom. They invest their time to getting to know you as well instead of just working with you.
There is honestly no cons about their MDR.
We have had a lot of problems solved with Rapid7 MDR. They worked hand in hand when we had a pen test and they easily found out what was going on. Without their assistance I don't think we would have gotten passed that.
