What do you like best?

- Reporting is really great. the reports are well organized and easy to read. they give almost all the info you need to run a good SEO campaign

- Rank watching tool, it keeps track of the ranks and the email notification option is very useful.

- Website analysis isn't that good but the backlinks analytics tool is fairly decent.

- great for local SEO, you have the option to get search engine data based on cities which is absolutely essential for local SEO.

- ability to go back to SERP pages of past dates is helpful at times

- the dashboard is really good,

- I like the support, they reply faster than most of the services i used in the past

What do you dislike?

- competitor analytics is bad

- sometimes the analysis takes forever to gather data

- keyword suggestions and decent but not good enough

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Rankwatch is a good service for the price, they are cheaper than most and offer good information. I'm not saying its the best but in the tough market with lots of fake service, I found rankwatch reliable.
