Rallybound is awesome for Peer to Peer

What do you like best?

Rallybound is a great company and has wonderful support. Anytime we need something updated, reports, etc. they are willing to work with us. Their system is great and integrates with Salesforce.

What do you dislike?

Sone of the customizations have to be done by the company. Some of the Salesforce integration is glitchy, but we are working on it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Depending on your needs, RB covers the basics and has integration into SF, which is key.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Benefit = getting away from Blackbaud to a much better system and better pricing/rates.
