What do you like best?

brilliant tool used for the gmail sync and totally reduces our time and will be really helpful.the price is also less its 9$ per month for all enterprise user .we have a user of around 200 and some have mobile access and some login to the web and the ui is so clean and the dashboard is the brilliant part of the crm and i have no words to explain the radium crm and everyone has to use it especially for all the developers and managers also.

What do you dislike?

my main dislike is that it has 14 day trial period only and sometimes the customer support is also not good and we need to wait for certain time and at the end the trail period will be over .the team need to have a good production support team they have to help all at the time of the implementation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

one of the best tool i will recommend every one to use it regularly and enjoy it.I will ask everyone to use the days trails first and start for purchase and its 9$ only so it is not so costly and everyone can utilize it .

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

i faced many problems and main is the gmail sync for the all our employees who are involved and there time now reduced to half and they can do there power in the development and it definitely shows the time consumption of the employees .
