What do you like best?

Dashboard is very good. We use the velocity chart, Burndown Chart to track the progress of work.

Also the sprint planning feature I like with Drag and drop feature. This tool is very easy to use.

What do you dislike?

Not that many things to dislike. But sometimes it takes time to load the page.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend to other users. Scrum progress can be tracked easily. Dashboarding is great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to track progress of our project. We track work of individuals as well as team as a whole. We use sprint planning and sprint review. We log the stories and see the progress on Dashboards. It is useful tool for scrum activities.
