What do you like best?
The intuitive app was easy to setup, and capture leads during the tradeshow. The minimal layout of the app was easy to navigate through which a big factor when attempting to capture leads and write notes, while talking to a person.
What do you dislike?
I reached out directly about features I was searching for and they weren't available yet. Also, I notice that my event did not stay in my que after some time. I understand that the lead information may be removed after a given time period, but it would be great to see an archived event section so I know which specific events I used this at.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Lead capturing at a tradeshow event and we had an easy time teaching our teach who to work through the app.
