What do you like best?

Quickfill does a great job at keeping all of our subscriptions maintained for postal audits and fulfillment. It is flexible in the file formats available for outputting the issue labels and can manage US, Canadian, and Foreign subscriptions with ease. You can use it to maintain a small database for a newsletter up to tens or even hundreds of thousands of names/addresses.

What do you dislike?

There are some restrictions in the database - when you can delete subscriptions - expiration issues - aging - etc -- but it is all set up to keep you from messing something up. They have built this to be "idiot-proof", but sometimes those things cause an experienced user some frustration.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You would need to have strong computer skills, but if you don't their tech support is fantastic.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Maintaining multiple databases for trade magazines as well as digital edition databases. We also maintain demographic data on the subscribers in Quickfill. We are able to validate addresses before mailing and produce mailing files in a format that works with our printer/mailer in order to co-mail.
