Ease of use was a must, moreover the agility and speed in the mainframe of this app made it so enjoyable to use. Quickly recommend and fix any customer mishaps using this app, which reduced downtime and customer wait time.

And really, can you get a better service for free? Probably not, however more detailed and technical additions to this program require payments to activate such services.

What do you dislike?

I dislike some of the keyboard arrangements and some layouts, but otherwise a spectacular application with amazing features implemented.

I dislike the micro transactions, and truly most of those additional purchases should be implemented in the actual application itself, rather than advertising as a freemium model, where it's free to join and set up, but more enhanced applications of this application require payment. Rather, one direct upfront cost would appeal to users much more.

This product allows the company to engage with customers quickly and efficiently, moreover, any situations arising from customers can be easily tended to with this application.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Quick responses to customers, much more faster than traditional Messenger apps and it makes a "business safe" version of messenger.

If a customer is dissatisfied, it is easy to satisfy the customers needs and resolve outstanding issues.
