Great Utility for Domain Migrations
What do you like best?
This product was a lifesaver for our recent domain migrations. Between synchronizing users and attributes , managing workstation migrations, and the sync scheduling, it's a very comprehensive product. It can be a bit complicated, but that's to be expected given the number of features available. We also needed to reach out to their support team a few times, and the staff was very knowledgeable of the product.
What do you dislike?
After purchasing the product, there are a few days of required training involved. I would've preferred to have more written documentation made available initially to get prepared. Also, it can be a bit tricky at first to limit the scope of synchronization after the jobs and permissions are in place.

This is a great product to facilitate domain migrations without much manual intervention.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This utility was used to synchronize/migrate a domain with two child domains. We did have some special scenarios to work around involving Exchange users and their related mail attributes. The benefits, as mentioned before, include both user and device migrations, scheduled synchronizations with incremental updates, and excellent support from the vendor.
