Advanced user of QualiaThe look and east of navigation is my favorite feature. Everything is very easy to figure out if you dont know how to do something. It is so easy to communicate with Clients and share documents back and forth and the built in security is and added plus.
I have run into some accounting and balancing issues that have taken some time to resolve with the Qualia Support team here and there.
The Client being able to see exactly where there file is at in the process is a huge problem that has been able to be solved with Qualia that has been a huge asset. The benefit of them being able to really feel included in the process from start to finish has been awesome!
