What do you like best?

The QR Codes are stylish and the analytics are definitely a plus.

What do you dislike?

They have absolutely no customer support. I've sent them emails, contacted them on their Intercom Helpdesk, I even messaged them on Linkedin trying to get some form of support.

Nothing. This is pretty terrible because I have sender tags on my emails, so I know they've read them along with seeing that my comments on Intercom are marked as "seen" but with no response. So, it's not a lack of support, they're just flat out ignoring me as I'm sure they do with many other people.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Without the support, there are plenty of other QR Code generators that I'm sure I can obtain the same or better services than.
