What do you dislike?
The tool lacks intelligent analysis, which can be provided to Test Managers or the PMO team with remedies or suggest corrective actions when things are looking bad from a test management perspective and the project is off track such as Test execution progress lagging behind or too many Critical or Blockers defects pending fixes, etc.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The best benefit realized till date was making use of the System reports easily to generate Test execution reports in PDF format or Excel format, the Visual reports helped a great deal in realizing the reports exactly the way I wanted it!
