Great product... Even better customer service!

What do you like best?

Super user-friendly platform with many great tools in one place! Plus the customer service has been top-notch and they have really made us feel welcome and valued as a customer since making the switch.

What do you dislike?

I'd love to be able to upload donor contact information from our other platform so we could include them in our peer-to-peer communications.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can have all of our fundraising forms, events, and auctions under one roof, so to speak, which is a big time-saver for us! We were previously utilizing three different platforms to accomplish everything we needed to accomplish. This also streamlines things for our donors, so they don't have to remember multiple user names and passwords and can review their annual giving with us for all events when they log in to their account.
