Why Purple WiFi is the only option to consider for your WiFi needs
What do you like best?
The combination between the technology offering and the people you work with. There has been no difference between the attentive 'sales' team and the service since we've become a customer. We were able to conduct a proof of concept with clear objectives (that we surpassed) and were guided through a seamless and quick integration, which allows us to deliver an enhanced customer journey offering and a clear return on investment.
What do you dislike?
We integrated directly with our CDP which required a little further understanding between both parties. It was brand new so we hit a few bumps along the way but working with people who really cared about achieving our goal showed what a great team we have to work with at Purple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you ask every question you want to get the most out of the fabulous consultants you work with. We really didn't think that it would be so quick and easy to integrate with our CDP but it was!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're able to identify 5% more customers who come through our stores - and this is just a starter. We can then set up automated communications to potential customers and convert them to orders, as well as being able to drill down into the analytics provided to us using the Purple WiFi suite to learn more about both our customers and prospects.
