Advanced user of Pure1Amazingly quick flash storage platform. Slick and easy to use interface. Simple setup and ongoing management and configuration. Maybe the best support of any vendor I've seen. Also very simple, clear and easy to explain quotes and support options that include hardware replacement if needed.
We have not come across anything that I would consider a dislike or negative feedback. The only issue we have encountered is related to ISCSI setup, not specific to Pure itself. They really make it easy to use and manage.
Try it, you won't be disappointed. They allow for on-site demos/trials, and we couldn't believe the results.
We migrated from a Dell Compellent SAN to a Pure Flash Storage array. For half the cost, we were able to replace 360TB of SAN storage onto a 48TB array in Pure. Amazing difference and way easier to manage and support, let alone the quote and invoice are literally two line items, where the Compellent was dozens and sometimes into the hundreds making it so confusing to support and renew. Pure makes it as simple as you want.
