What do you like best?

price, it's by far the least expensive option, but it clearly shows

What do you dislike?

This thing crashes every few hours, definitely not my machine which literally runs a dozen other cad programs with zero issues. There is also zero customer support.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

look elsewhere, there has to be better options. Save your work under alternate filenames so when it crashes you don't have to completely start over.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

i have realized that every time it crashes, i have to redo several hours of work, because it doesn't have recovery options, or autosave options, and it corrupts the file you are working on.
