My 3 Year Experience with Pulse
What do you like best?
It is easy to get ahold of the Paramount Acceptance reps if you are having trouble with the website.
What do you dislike?
If you are having an issue, it is difficult to get it fixed because the reps have to go through there software developers who unfortunately drag their feet. I submitted a change request over 3 months ago and no progress has been made.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Update their online appearance. Move toward one click scheduling. Streamline PIN process. Motivate software developers to work on client request in a timely fashion.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We used Pulse as our scheduling system.
