There is definitely some great talent hiding in pockets across PublicisSapient, but overall it's completely hit or miss depending on office and team.
Make sure that you meet your real project team, not just the sales team before signing on. And make sure you really question the estimates, the prices and teams are bloated/exorbitant for commodity talent.
