What do you like best?

nothing. absolutely nothing. communication is usually slow and prolonged, quality sucks. the website is probably the only nice thing about it, user friendly.

What do you dislike?

The quality of cards, the cut, the off-centered images. I need better quality cards for my agents, and these weren't even up to standard quality. There is hardly a difference between the 14pt-18pt card stock, every black card I've ordered has had crappy print tones and the cut has always been sloppy to where you can see white on the card face itself. I will never order from them again and encourage any professional company to order else wear from better quality cards. I am embarrassed to send my agents out with the quality I have received from pro shop.

My problem is being solved by taking my business elsewhere
