What do you like best?

The program is relatively user friendly and there are many video tutorials online to learn all the intricate things you can do with it. Works great for presenting worship lyrics at church.

What do you dislike?

Settings change occasionally and I can't figure out why.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need to be able to present during service and we are able to do that well. The ability to link to SongSelect is a huge benefit and time saver.
