What do you like best?

Prophet CRM is a product that we have used for two years and its operation has been really good to meet all our needs, the software has a data collection and retention system that is very useful to understand very well the customers, is highly available in the cloud, has its own mobile application, is very easy to use and best of all is that its customization capacity has no limits. One aspect that I loved about this product is that it is very easy to implement, it has training that is excellent for inexperienced users, it integrates very well with Outlook, it is a very reliable and pleasant tool to achieve the most demanding objectives.

What do you dislike?

The product becomes heavy to work with when large amounts of contacts are managed which is a rather pronounced limitation to work with, among other aspects I can say that the operation of this service is very good and as such does not present failures that generate concerns, which is an aspect that generates confidence.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I must say that I recommend this CRM among so many alternatives that exist today, that sometimes it is difficult for us to know which is more convenient. Prophet is a CRM system that has no limits to work in a personalized and objective way, it is a tool that is quite easy to use, very good price and great reputation which is one aspect that makes people gain more confidence about Prophet.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Prophet is a service that has allowed us to increase our sales, because now we can offer personalized attention to all our customers, we can implement innovative strategies according to each need and we can stay ahead of all our competitors, the arrival of Prophet to our company was quite timely, it has allowed us to do a huge job to contribute to the growth of our company.
