What do you like best?
Profit Point really digs through our emails to sort spam from legit emails. It is very easy to release and allow sender if sender is legit.
What do you dislike?
Some emails that are caught in profitpoint and are legit, take a day to come though the reporting. It would be great if the come through profit point as they are blocked.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My inbox is becoming much less cluttered, less spam and less fraud.
