Awesome service! Easier than I expected to setup
What do you like best?
The transparency of the service itself and the awesome support! First off, our account exec, Leo, was extremely quick to reply on any questions I had and checked in regularly throughout the trial - I was never worried about lack of support. I have to give a shoutout to Alex as well who helped out with a bunch of more technical concerns I had in regards to recent changes we had made and how those would impact the Retain trial. Both Leo and Alex made the decision to continue with Retain easy! Not to mention, it's a great service for recovering failed payment churn and incredibly easy to setup. We had plans to implement similar strategies to what Retain uses, but we had higher priority projects on the go and who knows how long it would have taken to get to it - going with Retain meant we could take advantage of their optimized strategies immediately and save ourselves the development time.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any dislikes to mention so far.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We noticed that our failed payment churn wasn't great, and that is exactly what Retain resolves!
