It works. But unrefined.

What do you like best?

The fact that it's easy to create lists to produce mass mailers and you have a clear audit trail for each candidate

What do you dislike?

It's extremely clunky and mass updates to candidates can take time.

The search function is clunky too, and doesn't always throw up what you're looking for.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Much more established than things like bullhorn but not up to date with latest tech

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Recruitment for candidates/clients. It's allowed us to be a lot more organised with our database
