Complete for all process (sales, project management and payments) and easy to use!

What do you like best?

I highly recommend Productive if you need an all-in-one tool to manage sales pipeline, projects and team management and also payments and invoicing. Having all the process in one place allows us to communicate better between departments and have a more constructive overview on we stand in rentability of projects, the productivity of team members and insights on your company finances. And the feedback I got from my team is "better to use and easy to collaborate and keep track of task and deadlines". After using a different PM tool for 3 years, we need easier to use and complete tool and we found it with Productive.

What do you dislike?

There are still some improvements in interconnecting the scheduling (predictions) with project tasks (real work). But the regular updates that have been released, gives me confidence that the developers are truly collecting the user's feedback to improve the tool.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Faster project planning and tracking. Better team allocation and planning (scheduling feature) and better insight of finance management. We improve our insight on rentability for each client, allowing us to improve our proposals.
