Advanced user of ProcurePortThe best thing about ProcurePort is ease of use. The user Interface is very user friendly. No formal training is required. It is capable of handling simple to complex negotiations with ease. The system adoption by our procurement team and suppliers was very quick. Suppliers found it easy to submit quotes as compared to the solution we were using earlier. System has the flexibility to incorporate any kind of calculation formula that we used in MS Excel. Creating projects is quick and easy. Also the reporting is fantastic and easy to understand. It gives the result in color coded format, just like comparison statements we used to create manually. It saved our lot of time. Categorized supplier management helps in quick quote collection. Contract Management repository is an icing on the cake which is inbuilt and helps us to track and renew the existing contracts within time.
The dashboard does not have graphical representation of the spend addressed and project executed, although it was not a area of concern for us as we can get overall project status and event based reporting. Quick analysis on dashboard looks good and I must appreciate that Procureport has worked on our feedback proactively and has promised to release update in March 2020 for On Dashboard Analysis with Graphical representation.
