Advanced user of Procura powered by AlayaCareVery customization, very little restrictions on what can be done with the software. From the top down we were able to change the software to meet our needs as they developed over the years.
Customizable at a cost, you can paint yourself into a corner by going too far too fast with it.
Not that easy to use. Compared to newer technologies this lacks support for mobile devices for completing documentation. This learning curve means it takes a while for staff to get up and running with the product compared to other's we've implemented.
Windows only, meaning lots of additional licensing.
Updates for changes to regulation take a while to become available, often the day before they are required to be in place. And often then, there would be issues when testing the changes, with very little time to remedy.
I think this was once a great software but over the years and as other technologies have advanced they haven't kept up with it. We used the software for over 10 years before finally having to change due to all the issues mentioned above. Procura has fallen by the wayside. The software owners are now pushing clients to other products in their portfolio.
Look elswhere. Sorry but this software is not long for this world.
Electronic Health Records management. It works well and is fully customization for your agency. Really very little limits to what you can do with the software.
