What do you like best?

It's not overly complicated and does what it is intended to do. Once you learn how to navigate the system does what you need it to do.

What do you dislike?

The system can be slow or lag, especially if you have a larger data set. Navigation takes some getting used to but that is more of a experience issue than a system issue.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The Dakota team is very good to work with and they are extremely supportive and flexible when it comes to their customers. I'd strongly recommend anyone looking for similar software to at least have a discussion with Dakota about the Proactivity Suite.
