Advanced user of Pro Health BillingThe cost is the best feature of the Pro Health. It does organize scheduling and patients account. The reports are easy to run.
It stops working at times for no reason. The main concern is canceling or opening an account, the record would be locked. Not sure why but sometimes will become open later.
Have to use history to store information about patients cancellations. History is one of the main communication for office billing. Wish it could improve to include reasons o reports can be run of cancellations, reasons for cancellations.
